FOLLOW A ‘LIFE-TIME’ NUTRITIONAL PLAN

 

If the thought of attaining a great body and maintaining that condition for the rest of your life is appealing then you must make a decision right now to ensure your eating habits are conducive to losing weight and keeping it off. Examine your current eating habits. Are they helping your body become a fat-burner or a fat-storer?

 

The nutritional plan you choose to follow should be followed for the rest of your life. Any diet or nutritional plan that recommends you follow it short term, for example, 1 week, 4 weeks or 10 weeks - will only provide you with short-term results. After re-introducing your old eating habits, your body will quickly increase your fat stores and return them to previous levels. What is needed to achieve and maintain a lean body is a ‘life-time’ nutritional plan.

 

Therefore, the recommendations in any nutritional plan must become ‘sustainable lifestyle habits’. Obviously it is not essential to follow the nutritional plan 100% of the time - everyone has a ‘splurge-out’ now and then - but as long as the nutritional plan is followed most of the time, the results you achieve can certainly be maintained.
