Great For Dieters!
A recent study published in ‘Nutrition’ found that dieters who used meal replacements in addition to whole foods had a greater intake of essential nutrients compared to dieters who ate whole foods alone. Fitness and weight-loss experts have been recommending dieters to use meal replacements for years. It is great to finally have some research to support their recommendations.
